Use 0.625 lbs of seasoning to 25 lbs of meat. 25 packs /Case 

Use 1.625 lbs of seasoning and 1 lb of water to 25 lbs of meat. Optionally, add 0.50 lbs of Maple Syrup and 0.1875 lbs of vegetable oil. 12/CASE

Use 5.75 lbs of seasoning plus 4 oz Sure cure to 100 lbs meat , cure included
