One package plus 1 oz of Sure Cure to 10 lbs of ground venison and 15 lbs of ground pork.  Add 2 lbs of cold water, mix very well, process as bacon. sure cure included  25/CASE

Bacon Flavor to add to gound meat, NO MSG.  For 15 lbs meat  Use 0.50625 lbs of seasoning and 0.6 oz sure cure to 15 lbs meat .  Add 1.5 lbs water. sure cure included 

Use 0.84375 lb of seasoning and 1 oz sure cure to 25 lbs meat and 2.5 lbs cold water. sure cure included  25/CASE
